We kicked off break with frozen yogurt and what was meant to be a quick stop at the resale shop to check out the Easter dresses. We walked away with church clothes for everyone. When they tried them on to show Kevin, they became fancy characters in some elaborate plot. I heard something about avoiding another deadly war with Germany, and Eddie decided to be Dr. Seuss (an animal doctor with a stethoscope and everything!) There were also a lot of songs from The Greatest Showman.
I think everyone is happy to have ten "movie nights" in a row (Eddie's code for "no school tomorrow.") We may be sticking close to home and for at least the third year in a row, it's going to snow. But I'm looking forward to all the togetherness with this passel of kids!
