Mary Cate on Friday night:
Mom, it's the weekend, right? So we'll wake up, and get coffee and juice, and then go straight to the couch in the echo room [long story] for snuggling. And we can read books quietly and look out the window. Does that sound like a good plan?
She knows the routine, though I can't say I'd describe those few minutes of reading time as "quiet." After the somewhat frantic pace of school days, weekends are for snuggling!
