Kind of. When I set her at arm's length, Annie will take one little step before collapsing into me face-first. (Isn't is funny how babies do that?) But I also caught her taking 3 or 4 steps at Pam's last weekend when she didn't know I was looking, so I think that confirms my suspicion that she's just choosing not to walk!
Maybe I'll figure out how to load video one of these days when she really gets going.
